CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1977 No. 124 of 1977 - SECT 10

10. Section 117A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting ''or the Stevedoring Industry Act 1956'' (wherever
        occurring); and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (4) and substituting the following
        sub-section:

''(4) In this section, 'party' includes an intervener.''.
