CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION ACT 1975 No. 64 of 1975 - SECT 8

8. The amendments made by this Act apply in relation to proceedings in matters
commenced before the Tribunal before the date of commencement of this Act but
not completed before that date as well as in relation to proceedings and
matters commenced before the Tribunal on or after that date.
