CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION ACT 1985 No. 38 of 1985 - SECT 9

Leave of absence 
9. The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Comptroller-General upon
such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Minister
determines.
