Short title. 
An Act to amend the Crimes Act 1914, and for related purposes

Short title, &c.

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Crimes Amendment Act 1982.

(2) The Crimes Act 1914*1* is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.
