CUSTOMS AMENDMENT ACT 1981 No. 64 of 1981 - SECT 38

38. Notwithstanding the amendments made by sections 26 and 31 to the Customs
Act 1901 as in force immediately before the commencement of this section,
sections 204 to 208 (inclusive) and section 229A of that Act as so in force
continue to apply in relation to any goods seized under section 203 of that
Act as so in force as if those amendments had not been made.
