CUSTOMS AMENDMENT ACT 1981 No. 64 of 1981 - SECT 29

29. Section 228 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting paragraphs (2) and (3) and substituting the following
        paragraphs:



"(2) Any ship failing to be brought to for boarding upon its master being
properly requested under section 59 to bring it to.



"(3) Any aircraft failing to land at an airport for boarding upon its pilot
being properly requested under section 59 to land the aircraft."; and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (6) and substituting the following paragraph:



"(6) Any ship or aircraft which on being boarded in pursuance of section 59,
185 or 187 is found to be constructed, adapted, altered or fitted in any
manner for the purpose of concealing goods.".
