CUSTOMS AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 15 of 1980 - SECT 4
Alterations to agreements where duty altered
4. Section 152 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
"(3) Sub-section (1) does not apply in relation to duty imposed by the
Customs Tariff (Uranium Concentrate Export Duty) Act 1980.".
