(1) A natural person may make an application to ASIC:

(a)

for registration as an auditor; or

(b)

for registration as a liquidator; or

(c)

for registration as a liquidator of a specified body corporate, being a body corporate that is to be wound up under this Act.

(2) An application under this section must be made in writing as prescribed and must contain such information as is prescribed.
