CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 96
Statement in a prospectus
96. A statement shall be deemed to be in a prospectus if it is contained in a
report or memorandum that appears on the face of, or is issued with, the
prospectus, or is incorporated by reference in the prospectus, whether the
reference occurs in the prospectus or in any other document.
