CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 959

How and when claim may be made

959. (1) A claim shall be in writing and shall be served on SEGC within 6
months after the day on which the claimant first became aware that the
claimant had suffered loss as a result of the unauthorised execution.

(2) A claim that is not made within the period referred to in subsection (1)
is barred unless the Board otherwise determines.
