CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 736
Orders by the Court where Panel order contravened
736. Where a person contravenes an order made by the Panel under section 734,
the Court may, on application by the Commission, make such order or orders as
it considers necessary for the purpose of securing compliance with the Panel's
order, including, but not limited to:
(a) a remedial order; and
(b) an order directing a person to do, or to refrain from doing, a
specified act.
