CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 469

Application to be lis pendens 
469. An application for winding up a company constitutes a lis pendens for the
purposes of any law relating to the effect of a lis pendens upon purchasers or
mortgagees.
