CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 426

426. A receiver of property of a corporation has qualified privilege in
respect of:

   (a)  a matter contained in a report that the receiver lodges under section 
        422 ; or

   (b)  a comment that the receiver makes under paragraph 429 (2) (c).
