CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 379

379. Where at any time during a period for which a name is reserved (whether
or not pursuant to the exercise on any previous occasion or occasions of a
power under this section) an application is made to the Commission for an
extension of that period, the Commission may extend that period for a further
period of 2 months.
