CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 133

133. (1) A foreign company may lodge an application to be registered as a
company under this Division.

(2) Subject to Division 6, the Commission shall grant an application under
this Division if, and only if:

   (a)  the Commission is satisfied that neither of sections 134 and 135
        disentitles the applicant from being registered under this Division;
        and

   (b)  the application was made in accordance with section 136.
