CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 115
Classes of companies
115. (1) A company registered under this Division may be:
(a) a company limited by shares;
(b) a company limited by guarantee;
(c) a company limited both by shares and by guarantee; or
(d) an unlimited company.
(2) A mining company registered under this Division may be a no liability
company.
