CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 114
Formation of companies
114. Subject to this Act, any 5 or more persons, or, where the company to be
formed will be a proprietary company, any 2 or more persons, associated for
any lawful purpose may, by subscribing their names to a memorandum and
complying with the requirements as to registration under this Division, form
an incorporated company.
