CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 113
Certain corporations not to be formed under State or Territory company law
113. A person shall not incorporate, or participate in the incorporation of, a
body corporate under the company law of a State or Territory if the body, on
its incorporation, will be a trading corporation.
