CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 104
Effect of provisions empowering a person to require or prohibit conduct
104. Where, in accordance with a provision of this Act, a person requires
another person to do, or prohibits another person from doing, a particular
act, that provision shall be taken to require the other person to comply with
the requirement or prohibition, as the case may be.
