CRIMES (HOSTAGES) ACT 1989 No. 26 of 1989 - SECT 15
Assistance under article 6 of Convention
15. A person, other than an Australian citizen, who is in custody in respect
of an offence that is alleged to have been committed against this Act is
entitled to the assistance referred to in paragraph 3 of article 6 of the
Convention.
