COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 58

58. Where-

   (a)  at any time during a period for which a name is reserved under this
        Division (whether or not pursuant to the exercise on a previous
        occasion or previous occasions of a power under this section) an
        application is made to the Commission for an extension of that period;
        and

   (b)  the Commission is satisfied that the application is made in good
        faith, the Commission may extend that period for a further period of 2
        months.
