COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 569

569. If a person does or omits to do an act or thing outside the Territory and
that person, if he had done or omitted to do that act or thing in the
Territory, would, by reason of his also having done or omitted to do an act or
thing in the Territory, have been guilty of an offence against this Act, that
person is guilty of that offence.
