COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 549

549. A certificate of incorporation of a company given under section 35 or 72
or under the corresponding provision of a previous law of the Territory, or a
certificate of the incorporation of a company given under section 31 or under
the corresponding provision of a previous law of the Territory, is conclusive
evidence that all the requirements of this Act or of that previous law, as the
case may be, in respect of registration and all matters precedent and
incidental to registration have been complied with and that the company
referred to in the certificate is duly incorporated under this Act or is a
company within the meaning of this Act, as the case may be.
