Division 6-Winding Up of Bodies other than Companies

469. (1) This Division applies to the following bodies:

   (a)  a foreign company that is, or is required to be, registered as a
        foreign company under Division 5 of Part XIII; and

   (b)  a partnership, association or other body (whether corporate or
        unincorporate) that consists of more than 5 members.

(2) The provisions of this Division have effect in addition to, and not in
derogation of, sub-sections 518 (10), (12) and (13) and any provisions
contained in this Act or any other law with respect to the winding up of
bodies, and the Court or liquidator may exercise any powers or do any act in
the case of bodies to which this Division applies that might be exercised or
done by it or him in the winding up of companies.
