COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 449
Priority where security given for payment of taxes
449. Where a company has given security for the payment or repayment of any
amount to which paragraph 441 (h) relates, that paragraph applies only in
relation to the balance of any such amount remaining due after deducting from
the first-mentioned amount the net amount realized from the security.
