COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 439
Computation of debts
439. (1) The amount of a debt of a company (including a debt that is for or
includes interest) is to be computed for the purposes of the winding up as at
the relevant date.
(2) Sub-section (1) does not apply to an amount required to be paid under
sub-section 442 (1).
