COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 41

Reservation of name of intended recognized company

41. Where-

   (a)  a name has been reserved in respect of an intended recognized company
        under the provision of a law of a participating State or participating
        Territory that corresponds with sub-section 40 (2); and

   (b)  the application for the reservation of that name stated that it was
        desired to reserve the name in the Territory, the Commission shall
        reserve that name in the Territory and, where the name is so reserved,
        the reservation remains in force until that name ceases to be
        reserved, or until the reservation of that name is cancelled by the
        Commission, under the provision of the law of that State or Territory
        that corresponds with section 40.
