COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 359

Modes of winding up 

359. (1) The winding up of a company may be either-

   (a)  by the Court; or

   (b)  voluntary.

(2) Unless the contrary intention appears, the provisions of this Act with
respect to winding up apply to the winding up of a company in either of those
modes.
