COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 29

29. (1) A person who is registered as an auditor, as a liquidator or as an
official liquidator under the provisions of a law of a participating State or
participating Territory that correspond with this Division shall be deemed to
be registered as an auditor, as a liquidator or as an official liquidator, as
the case may be, under this Act.

(2) A person who is deemed to be registered as an auditor under the provision
of a law of a participating State or participating Territory that corresponds
with section 19 shall be deemed to be registered as an auditor under this Act.
