COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 21
Registration of official liquidators
21. (1) The Commission may register as an official liquidator a natural person
who is a registered liquidator.
(2) A person who is registered as an official liquidator is entitled, upon
request, to be issued with a certificate of his registration.
(3) The Commission may, pursuant to the power conferred on it by sub-section
(1), register as official liquidators as many registered liquidators as it
thinks fit.
