COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 19

Auditor-General deemed to be registered as auditor 

19. A person who holds office as, or is for the time being exercising the
powers and performing the duties of, the Auditor-General shall be deemed to be
registered as an auditor under this Division.
