Division 2-Registration of Auditors and Liquidators

17. (1) A natural person may make an application to the Commission-

   (a)  for registration as an auditor;

   (b)  for registration as a liquidator; or

   (c)  for registration as a liquidator of a specified corporation, being a
        corporation that is to be wound up pursuant to the provisions of this
        Act.

(2) An application under this section shall be made in writing as prescribed
and shall contain such information as is prescribed.

(3) This section has effect subject to section 28.
