COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 15

Copies or extracts of books to be admitted in evidence

15. (1) Subject to this section, in any legal proceedings (whether proceedings
under this Act or otherwise), a copy of or extract from a book relating to
affairs of a corporation is admissible in evidence as if it were the original
book or the relevant part of the original book.

(2) A copy of or extract from a book is not admissible in evidence under
sub-section (1) unless it is proved that the copy or extract is a true copy of
the book or of the relevant part of the book.

(3) For the purposes of sub-section (2), evidence that a copy of or extract
from a book is a true copy of the book or of a part of the book may be given
by a person who has compared the copy or extract with the book or the relevant
part of the book and may be given either orally or by an affidavit sworn, or
by a declaration made, before a Commissioner or person authorized to take
affidavits or statutory declarations.
