COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 135

135. (1) The obligation to comply with this Division extends to all natural
persons, whether resident in the Territory or in Australia or not and whether
Australian citizens or not, and to all bodies corporate or unincorporate,
whether incorporated or carrying on business in the Territory or in Australia
or not.

(2) This Division extends to acts done or omitted to be done outside the
Territory, whether in Australia or not.
