COMPANIES ACT 1981 No. 89 of 1981 - SECT 11
Commission may inspect books without charge
11. (1) Any book that is required by a provision of this Act to be kept by a
company or by a registered foreign company shall be open for inspection
without charge by a person authorized by the Commission for the purposes of
this section.
(2) An authorization under sub-section (1) may be of general application or
may be limited to inspecting a particular book or books or a particular class
of books.
