-- An Act to make provision for the government of the Australian Capital
Territory in relation to the formation of companies, the regulation of
companies formed in that Territory, the registration in that Territory of
certain other bodies and
certain other matters

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Companies Act 1981.
