CUSTOMS ACT 1975 No. 77 of 1975 - SECT 3

3. Section 45 of the Customs Act 1901-1974 is amended by adding at the end
thereof the following sub-section:-

''(2) A security in respect of any duty that may be payable on goods under
section 8, 9, 10 or 11 of the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975 shall be
cancelled before the expiration of 3 months after the date of the security, or
before the expiration of such longer period, not exceeding 6 months after the
date of the security, as the exporter and the importer of the goods
request.''.
