BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 No. 110 of 1992 - SECT 69

Breach of notice under section 67 to constitute an offence 
69. A person who fails to comply with a notice under section 67 is guilty of
an offence. Penalty:

   (a)  if the breach relates to a commercial television broadcasting licence
        - $2,000,000; or

   (b)  if the breach relates to a commercial radio broadcasting licence -
        $200,000.
