BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 No. 110 of 1992 - SECT 53
Limitation on control of commercial television broadcasting licences
53.(1) A person must not be in a position to exercise control of commercial
television broadcasting licences whose combined licence area populations
exceed 75% of the population of Australia.
(2) A person must not be in a position to exercise control of more than one
commercial television broadcasting licence in the same licence area.
