BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 No. 110 of 1992 - SECT 52

52. If:

   (a)  the ABA makes a new determination of the licence area population of a
        licence area or of the population of Australia; and

   (b)  as a result of the determination, a person would be in breach of
        subsection 53(1) or 55(1) or (2); those subsections continue to apply
        to the person as if the previous determination remained in force.
