BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 No. 110 of 1992 - SECT 50
Interpretation - knowledge of company
50.(1) For the purposes of this Part, if a director, the chief executive or a
secretary of a company has knowledge of a matter, the company is taken to have
knowledge of the matter.
(2) Subsection (1) does not limit the ways in which knowledge of a company can
be established.
