BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 No. 110 of 1992 - SECT 49

Surrender of commercial broadcasting licences

49. A commercial television broadcasting licensee or a commercial radio
broadcasting licensee may, by notice in writing given to the ABA, surrender
the licence.
