BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 No. 110 of 1992 - SECT 27

Processes to be public

27.(1) In performing its functions under sections 24, 25 and 26, the ABA must
make provision for wide public consultation.

(2) The ABA is to keep a record of, and make available for public inspection,
all advice received by the ABA, and all assumptions made by the ABA, in
performing its functions under sections 24, 25 and 26.
