BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 No. 110 of 1992 - SECT 189

189. If a hearing or part of a hearing takes place in public, the ABA may
order that evidence or other material presented to the hearing, or material in
a submission lodged with the ABA under section 196, that is, in the opinion of
the ABA, of a confidential nature not be published, or that its disclosure be
restricted as directed by the ABA.
