BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 No. 110 of 1992 - SECT 169
Decision-making by the ABA not limited to matters discovered by investigation or hearing
169. In making a decision on any matter, the ABA is not limited to a
consideration of material made available through an investigation or hearing
conducted in relation to the matter, but may take into account such other
matters as it considers relevant, including the knowledge and experience of
the members.
