Barley Research Levy Amendment Act 1983 No. 60 of 1983 - SECT 3

3. (1) Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting ''15 cents'' and substituting ''30 cents''; and

   (b)  by omitting ''20 cents'' and substituting ''50 cents''.

(2) Section 6 of the Principal Act as amended by sub-section (1) applies to
barley (including barley produced and harvested before 1 October 1983) that is
delivered by the grower of the barley to another person on or after 1 October
1983 otherwise than for storage on behalf of the grower.
