BOUNTY (COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES) ACT 1978 No. 208 of 1978 - SECT 24

24. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to
this Act, and in particular prescribing-

   (a)  the manner in which, and the time within which, applications for
        bounty shall be made;

   (b)  the information to be supplied by applicants in connection with
        applications for bounty; and

   (c)  penalties not exceeding $200 for offences against the regulations.
