BOUNTY (ELECTRIC MOTORS) ACT 1984 No. 112 of 1984 - SECT 25

25. (1) The Minister may, by writing signed by the Minister, appoint-

   (a)  a specified officer;

   (b)  the officer for the time being holding, or performing the duties of, a
        specified office; or

   (c)  officers included in a specified class of officers, to be an
        authorized officer, or authorized officers, for the purposes of this
        Act.
(2) In sub-section (1), "officer" means an officer of the Department.
