BOUNTY (ELECTRIC MOTORS) ACT 1984 No. 112 of 1984 - SECT 20

20. If the Comptroller-General becomes satisfied, otherwise than after
examining-

   (a)  an acknowledgement under sub-section 17 (1); or

   (b)  a statement under sub-section 19 (1), that there has been an
        overpayment of a claim for bounty by more than $100, the
        Comptroller-General shall cause to be served on the person who lodged
        the claim a demand for repayment of the amount of the overpayment, and
        that person is liable to repay that amount to the Commonwealth.
