BOUNTY (ELECTRIC MOTORS) ACT 1984 No. 112 of 1984 - SECT 13

Good quality of bountiable motors

13. Bounty is not payable in respect of a bountiable motor if the
Comptroller-General declares in writing that, in his or her opinion, the motor
is not of good and merchantable quality.
